An A-stock phone refers to a pre-owned device that is in excellent or like-new condition, often indistinguishable from a brand-new phone. It is typically graded based on its appearance and functionality, with "A-stock" representing the highest quality among pre-owned devices. A-stock grade phones have not required repairs or part replacements and is sold in near-original condition.

An Open Box condition refers to products that have been returned to the retailer after being previously purchased. These items are typically in like-new condition, but the original box have been opened and the product used briefly. Purchasing an Open Box item can offer significant savings compared to buying new, 

The arrival time for special order products varies. LCDs typically take 2-3 weeks, while other products (such as cell phones) usually arrive within 7-10 business days after being shipped.

The Google account unlock process usually takes about 3-5 business days to complete. However, there are instances where it can take up to two weeks to complete if the server is down. 

You have 5 business days from the day you receive the product to return it if you’re not satisfied. To start a return, email us at sales@cellularpro.net. Once we inspect the product, we’ll issue your refund.

Keep in mind, while shipping to you was free, the company still paid for it, so a $19 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the product is inspected.
